It’s been another busy couple of weeks at Woodthorpe, and it’s been wonderful visiting classes and seeing the learning that is happening. In science, children have been conducting exciting experiments with plants, exploring their growth and the vital role they play in our ecosystem. Meanwhile, in history, Y4 has taken a fascinating step back in time to learn about the Egyptians, delving into their rich culture and significant contributions to our world. Additionally, some children have been developing their skills through rainforest-themed art projects, allowing them to express their imaginations while thinking about the features of the rainforest.
